When you check your address

As you type, Geoapify receives the address search text to suggest matching addresses. Selecting a suggestion sends the address and its coordinates to our website. If you enter an address manually, we send it to the U.S. Census Geocoder to find its approximate location. We use coordinates with Orange County’s public water-service map to suggest a utility.

These services also receive technical information needed to respond, such as an IP address. Our lookup code does not save your address or coordinates to a customer database or write them to application logs. Address and plan choices remain in the current page while you use the flow; reloading starts a new session.

Water findings come from published utility information and reviewed EWG records already held by our website. We do not send your address or contact details to EWG to display those records. A utility report is not a test of water at your home.

When you request a visit

We receive the address, water source or selected utility, treatment goals, suggested plan, preferred timing, email address or phone number, and your permission to contact you. We use these details to respond, discuss your water needs and arrange a visit. Your request does not automatically book an appointment.

Resend delivers the request to Better Water Florida’s designated business inboxes. The website does not automatically send marketing messages or enroll you in a newsletter. Choosing text permits contact about this visit request; no automated text message is sent by this website.

If an independent plumbing professional is needed, we may share the relevant address, contact and installation details to coordinate the service you request. The assigned installer and any separate installation agreement will be identified before you agree to installation.

Hosting and security

Vercel hosts this website and provides security checks, including BotID on visit requests. Hosting and security systems may process IP addresses, browser/device information, request paths, timestamps and security signals. Security services may use cookies or similar browser technologies. Our application does not include advertising pixels or a marketing analytics tracker.

We validate visit requests on the server and use encrypted HTTPS connections. No system can guarantee absolute security. Please do not submit payment-card details, identification documents, medical records or other sensitive information through this form.

Records and your choices

Submitted requests are retained in business email and email-delivery service records. Hosting and security providers retain technical records under their service settings and policies. This website does not currently apply an automatic deletion period to emailed requests.

You can use manual address entry instead of selecting an autocomplete suggestion. You can leave without submitting a visit request, and you can withdraw permission for further visit-related contact by replying to us. To ask about information we hold, request a correction or request deletion, use the contact address below. We may need to verify your request and retain records needed for an existing transaction, security or applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell information submitted through this website or share it for targeted advertising.

Service providers and external resources

Our service providers handle information under their own policies: Geoapify, U.S. Census Bureau, Vercel and Resend. Study and article links take you to independent websites with their own privacy practices.
